Unlike EPDM or Shingled roofing, Rolled Roofing is relatively quick to install for emergencies or projects on a timeline. This option is also great for projects on a budget as it’s one of the cheapest roofing options on the market. Rolled Roofing has a drawback, as it’s application is somewhat limited on the type of roofing, and can lower resale value from some other roofing options. Still it is a great option for many situations.
